Each guided evening lasts around three hours and combines instruction, practice and sensual play. Pause the videos whenever you want more time, and return to an exercise together before moving on.

Make room for the two of you
You need a partner and 1–2 ropes. Set aside unhurried time, watch the safety instruction first and keep suitable cutting equipment within reach. Follow the exercises at a pace that lets both of you communicate clearly.
