Rope gives you something words cannot always carry on their own: pace, pressure, anticipation and response. I teach you how to work with those elements carefully, so you can make the practice your own rather than imitate a performance.
I begin with rope handling, physical safety and the basic ties you will use throughout the course.
Each module gives you a clear exercise to try together, with time to discuss pressure, pace, roles and boundaries.
You will learn enough structure to stop copying and start responding to the person in front of you.
Return to the lessons whenever you want, and repeat practices as your confidence develops.
You want a reliable beginning, not a collection of isolated knots.
You want to become more attentive, deliberate and fluent with what you know.
You are interested in how rope can shape attention, communication and intimacy, without being asked to perform a version of closeness that is not yours.
A concise history, the possibilities and limits of the practice, and the roles of tying and being tied.
Physical safety, rope handling, essential knots and self-tying exercises that let you learn through your own hands.
How to agree on roles, discuss boundaries and make your first pattern into a responsive practice.
New patterns and a closer study of pace, proximity and touch.
How movement changes a tie, and how to read what a body is telling you.
Ways to vary pressure, rhythm and sensation without losing technical care.
Study at home and move through the material at the pace that suits you both. The full course is 3,900 SEK. If I have sent you a private offer code, you can enter it at checkout.

Six carefully ordered modules cover rope handling, essential ties, physical safety and ways to practise together. I explain the reasoning behind each technique, not only the sequence of movements.
Rope makes small changes visible. A pause, a shift in pressure or the decision to continue can become part of a precise exchange between two people.
I bring years of practice and teaching to the course, with equal attention to technique, consent and the quality of contact between you.
The course is self-paced. You can use one lesson for an evening, repeat a practice several times, or pause until you have space to return.
You will need three or four Shibari ropes. I explain what to look for when choosing them inside the course. You also need uninterrupted time, enough floor space to move comfortably and a willingness to speak plainly with each other.
I am Molly Sjöberg. I teach Sensual Shibari as a practical study of touch, attention, consent and rope technique. My work draws on years of teaching and practice, alongside my continuing studies in psychology.
Dance, massage, meditation, tantra and BDSM have all informed how I teach. I bring those influences together without asking you to perform a role or use language that does not feel like yours.
